as a matter of fact, i walk by an automotive place on calle alonso del barco sometimes when i go to my courier. i think it is number 10(ish) and they have plates in the window. judging by the neighborhood it should not be expensive either.
if you walk down the street from ronda de valencia, it is on your left about half way down.
