i think it depends on the time of day they make the noise and the decibal level. if it is a "normal" amt. of noise and not late at night nor super early in the morning, there is nothing you can do about it. the town hall would have these ordinances for you to see. HOWEVER! before you call the police, has anyone approached them and asked them nicely to keep it down? that would be a civilized first step. perhaps they simply do not realize they are being too loud (nice to give them the benefit of the doubt). you can always go to war later if need be. saludos, jer...
