But seriously, ask your doorman or neighbors. As we didn't speak the language when we first arrived we called Spain Ready from Deutsche Bank and they put us in touch with a cleaning agency. We paid 12 euros an hour but eventually hired her privately, not so much to save money (100 a month vs. 144 for 2 hours a week) but that I knew how little she got paid.
One of my students has a lady come in 2 days a week to do exactly all that kind of stuff you mentioned and he pays her 9 euros an hour. Best just to ask around for recommendations.

Remeber Tim that some get paid even LESS than that. Scary, I know.
Please make sure that you have a GOOD IRON because I have heard stories of some cleaning women bringing their own irons in their purses because they were afraid to ask for a good iron to work with.
