I know InMadrid is an actual Madrid city newspaper with a website. Are there any other city papers with online versions? I know there is one called "H" but I'm not sure if there is an online version.

well, i have never heard of "H" nor have i seen it in madrid Confused

there is also the broasheet (magazine) and online at www.tbs.com.es , have a look.
