This is a big welcome to everyone out there to check out the Spain Storage: Baggage / Summer storage services with optional pick-up / delivery at www.spainstorage.com and for you to spread the word about it to each and every person that you know of who might be interested in either knowing about it or interested in actually using the service. See www.spainstorage.com or contact info@spainstorage for more information. If you tell two friends and they tell two friends and they tell two friends... Rocco.

Jejejeje, if it were not half my biz as well I would have to delete your post
But, alas, I have said it before and I will say it again, tis good to be the board admin
Besides, I really think it is a great service.
Saludos, jer...
p.d. By the way everyone, keep in mind that if you request pickup and/or delivery of your "stuff", you will have to see Rocco's ugly mug as he is taking care of that part of the service.
I imagine that you already had planned for this, but just in case...you should xerox every client's ID/passport. If they don't provide one ignore them. (if they are honest why wouldn't they like to provide it...)
In these days of terrorism/Vandalism i think it's necessary. Also, you should make them sign a paper that states they are responsible for contents of packages left at your premises. (I know you mention a disclaimer in your website and probably you already do this at the premises too...)
Maybe I've been living too long in NY , but i believe those little things not only make most people feel safer, but your businees will look more professional. Good luck with this new endeavor!!
I'll make you an offer you won't refuse
