Somebody (Toni Meca) has spent the last 7 years designing a viurtual program of the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona completed
It seems it will be up for sale on CD at his site ( www.tmdreams.com/men_eng.htm ) and if it is as cool as the preview I saw on the news, I am buying it
It will be the only way for me (and probably my children and grandchildren) to see it completed
This is not meant to be disappointing, but just give you a different perspective. The CD thing is cool... but it I doubt that it will be able to really show what the cathedral will look like when its finished- even if Gaudi's original plans were used!
The Sagrada Familia is built in a pretty true gothic style. Which means... it will NEVER be completed! ;P This style of architecture is meant to continuously be built, changed, improved upon.. and just when it looks like its finished, repairs will need to be made, meaning that things will be changed and improved upon some more!
Food for thought!
