Hey, I also enjoyed "Los Amantes del Circulo Polar" (I see they translated directly in this case for the film in the U.S.A.). It was a pretty powerful flick as Rafa said. I think that "Fele Martnez" (the male protagonist) is one of the more promising young actors here. Check it out in English at www.finelinefeatures.com/circle Rafa, it is good to know that you got the movie there in the U.S.A. All of the Hollywood films get to Spain months (even up to a year at times) after the premiers in the U.S. (due to licensing, dubbing, etc...). Interestingly enough the "Lovers of the Arctic Circle" came out here in 1998, wonder why it took 4 years to get to the States Overall, I second Rafa's recommendation of the film. Saludos, jer... Hi, Jer and all! Yeah, "Lovers of the Artic Circle" I saw here in 1999; Julio Medem's (the director) new one, the one I mentioned above having been reviewed in TIME's July 29th, 2002 issue is "Sex and Lucia", or so it's called here...but I haven't seen it yet, so I would be hesitant to recommend that one to HS students...although I'm sure they'd love the title! Abrazos,
Rafa
