Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you all know there is a new bookstore in town that sells English books, etc. I went today and I loved it. The selection is good, the ambiance welcoming and he sells new and used titles (an English teacher's best friend). My only wish is that he had a little cafe as I really enjoyed browsing his shop and would have liked to sit a while.

The owner, Hartley Moorhouse, was incredibly nice and helpful. He even went online and got me info on the Keith Haring exhibit which is in town now. Printed it out and everything!!

He's only been open about a month so if you get the chance, swing by and check his shop out.

One of my professors just turned me on to this site:

http://www.iberlibro.com

It is site where you can search for used books at bookstores all across Spain (and some bookstores that specialize in Spanish lit. in other countries). I think there are some stores that carry English language books. If the store is in Madrid (or where ever you happen to be living) you can buy the book and then go pick it up.

The books I trade are just novels which I usually sell back to the used bookstore I bought them from, my textbooks I'll keep till I'm forced to part with them. Even when I decide to throw in the towel here in Madrid, I'm thinking of keeping a few of my favorites in case I travel on spreading the joy of the English language to children everywhere throughout the world.

Googled my name for the hell of it and look what I got! Nice to hear you still remember me Jer!!! Someday we will meet. Yes, those bookstores are popping up all over the place! I'm not here to spam anyone, just to let you know that I'm still doing the Librero thing and look forward to providing multilingual bookservices over the next few years.

I've upgraded the site to http:///www.eurolibris.com (Sorry, no B&M) It's small now but looking forward to doing the grand opening thing next year and building the business. Many more titles will be added next year. Always 30% discount to addresses in Spain.

I'll be in touch soon when I start my marketing campaign. Look forward to getting a link again.

Good luck Hartley's, look forward to meeting you someday soon too!!

Regards,
Chad J. Dehmler
