There are three ways: 1. Brand new customers only (A little phrase I got from Sky). This means first timers will be able to sign up for it directly when it become available for your area. 2. Existing Telefonica phone line users with existing Jazztel ADSL. In this case you have to migrate your phone line account over from Telefonica to Jazztel and then request the 20 Meg offer which is currently at 50% off. 3. Existing Telefonica phone line users with other ADSL provider. You have to cancel your current Internet Service Provider and then call Jazztel and ask them to migrate your Telefonica line and sign you up for the 20 Meg offer.

are you sure? i mean how is it possible that one will only have 6 hours downtime (promise made to mariposita by jazztel if she changes from telefonica adsl to theirs) if you have to cancel your current provider and THEN call jazztel? all other changeovers in the history of adsl in spain have required the person to sign up with the new provider and then that new provider takes over the adsl from the one the customer is dropping. i read the jazztel terms of service and it says... quote: mediante la firma del presente Contrato, el Cliente autoriza expresamente a JAZZTEL a solicitar el acceso sobre su actual línea y operar en los equipos necesarios para tal fin. Esta solicitud supone la baja del servicio de ADSL que actualmente tenga contratado con otro operador... JAZZTEL comunicará al Cliente el momento en el que se produzca la migración.
this means it works like it did before, you sign up with them and THEY cancel your current adsl for you. Rocco, where did you read that "You have to cancel your current Internet Service Provider and then call Jazztel..." maybe i missed it saludos, jer...
