Hay Adam, welcome to the board. That is an excellent question but unfortunately one I have no idea how to answer I think you will be hard-pressed to find a sports bar that will have that game on (or any baseball games for that matter) Well, even if ya don't get to watch the game at least you got a new business idea off of this thread... AN AMERICAN SPORTS BAR IN MADRID!!! After all, if the Brits and Irish can do it, why can't we??? You would make enough during the Football, Baseball, Hockey and Basketball playoffs and big games to keep you in business all year!!! Soooo many ideas soooo little time Saludos, jer...

Here in Atlanta we're eagerly awaiting that time of year when the Braves snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. They'll do fine during the playoffs, then collapse like bad pasta. Divisional champs 12 times, and 1 world series to show for it. About the only fun at the stadium anymore is when an American Indian group shows up to protest the use of the terms "Brave" and the "Tomahawk Chop". Now that has become a bore so even if they do show up no one pays any attention. Almost makes the fans hope to see a streaker or two. Anyway, the first round is upon us with the Cubbies coming to town. Time to gear up for those $4 sawdust hotdogs and $5 flat draft beer. Thyglow

Just got Digital Plus today (anxiously awaiting a Carolina Panthers game) but it looks like at least the Yankees-Twins games are being run one day tape-delay (Game 1 is tomorrow at 8:30). Looks like Canal+ Deporte 2 is showing them, and Sportmania may be showing some a day late as well. Wondering the same thing here in Sevilla - when will someone open a sports bar????

hahaha red sox... ahahahahah :jeje: Dude, if you want to see the games and you have internet access I'm pretty sure you can subscribe to the MLB pass and watch them on your computer. Once the NHL playoffs come around that is what I will probably do from my apartment. Let's go Yankees!

I'd open one. Maybe after B-school I can figure out how to do it! :jeje:

I can't believe it, but the Florida Marlins, the Wild card team, beat the Yankees, and won the Series! Miracles do happen!
