Hi all,
I don't know if any of you are familiar with the group, but they are my favorite latin band, right up there with, now don't laugh, Juanes. I was just wondering if they have made radio play in Spain yet. They've been out here for a while and I believe they performed concerts in Spain as well. If you haven't heard their stuff it's amazing. One of their most comercial songs is "Mi Primer Million" so I'm guessing that might have been the one that got radio play.

That's great! I love los Bacilos.

I don't have a radio, but I've seen a few videos on MTV Spain (they were also featured in a comercial), and we've heard them played at a few bars around town.

JJ, the drummer, is an old friend of my girlfriend, so whenever we hear thier music, it makes us smile. I hope they continue with their success! It would be great if they toured Spain, again!

Cheers,

TL

I tried to find their tour info on the web for 2004 and had no luck, all I could find was how they are up for a Latin Grammy.

Looks like they're coming your way...

Click here, and then on the 'Calendario' link

They are very good Live, if you haven't already seen them.

Cheers,

T

Ok, I've tried the Calendario link but all I come up with is a schedule for October past.

I listen to mostly mexican radio stations here and they are really popular on the radio. And so is Juannes (i love him too). Bacilos did win a Latin Grammy, so that was very cool (as well as Juannes). Big Grin

Has anyone heard that song Latido Urbano by Tony Aguilar? It features a NUMBER of great Spanish pop stars (like Chenoa, Nika, Tony Santos) Tiziano Ferro, etc. and some Latino stars as well. Does anyone know that the song was made for? I mean, was it for some kind of cause? what a great song.
