Just a short post to test anyone's IQ out there. Has anyone ever heard of a Spanish actor/writer who starred in the story of Don Quijote? This man has written many articles and books in Spain. His name is Angel Falquina(little squiggle over the n). If you have heard of him and even if you have'nt, he is my paternal grandfather. I would like to think that makes me a little famous maybe?? Actually, no I'm not loaded but it does feel nice to know that people out there know about my grandfather's work. His biggest hobby was going to American movies and watching to see if he could catch all the bloopers that came up for example, in one scene the actors glass is half full then when the cut back to that shot, mysteriously the glass is full again, stuff like that. The last time I saw my grandfather was in l981 when he made a trip to the states. Both he and my grandmother have passed away now but the Spanish heritage and love for Spain will never die.

Muchas gracias amigos,

Hey Rafa, I believe it sounds like the same man. But I don't know the actual dates and details of what he wrote or directed. I'll write this stuff down and check it out with my mother who lives on the Gulf Coast.

Thanks,
Carolina Smiler
