i have posted about the middlebury program before, and i was wondering if anyone who is associated with said program, be it as an educator, current student, former student, etc. could help me with some ideas for grants, scholarships, basically any way to ease a financial burden for the middlebury masters program that i will have to bear in order to get back to spain(i was in seville for my junior year last year) many people have told me that i should work for a couple of years, and then apply, but that doesn't really seem like an option to me, for personal reasons(a girlfriend that lives in spain and the fact that i dont want to be away from her very long) plus, going to spain for a masters program, in my opinion, is a legit way to get back and further my academic resume. so, any help would be appreciated forever from anyone who feels like it.
saludos,
kevin

No advice for you, but very interested to know why work is not an option for you? Seems to me you are looking for an easy way out Why can´t you go work where your girlfriend is, or why can´t she work where you are?

she's still in school, and doesnt finish her major for another 2 and a half years(its a law and business thing) i could work, but due to my u of chicago student loan debt, which will end up being more than considerable, i would have a hard time justifying to my parents going and working as an english teacher in spain and not making very much money while having all of that debt hanging over my head. plus, i would like to some day teach, and i know that i will need at least a masters, and possibly a doctorate(if i want to be a professor) i guess it just comes down to a kind of complicated issue with my family and all. but as they say, donde haya voluntad, hay un camino. so, if i want to do this, really, ill find a way. but thanks for the concern
