I was just in Sevilla a little over a week ago. It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. So I can imagine how much fun it must have been to have lived there for a few months. It is just a wonderful, wonderful city. I can't believe it took my so long to get there! (My first time in Spain was in 1994). Anne

Welcome bren......from another MA resident & board resident Sevilla-fanatic! I studied in Sevilla in 98 and 99...at a private institution in El Arenal (Center for Cross-Cultural Study aka Centro Norteamericano)...lived near Ramon y Cajal in Nervion my first year, then in Triana my second year. I loved Sevilla so much that I brought my very own Spaniard home with me...my HUSBAND!  We were just there in December visiting....had a few "tintos de verano" along the Guadalquivir and also enjoyed our fair share of pipas. It's funny the little details that are memorable to each person whose life is touched by Spain. Have a great time at your Spain reunion and hope you make it back to Sevilla again soon!
