Language school for uneducated Sp speakers - Topic Powered by eve community

Do any of the Spanish language schools have courses for people who speak the language but were never educated in it? I (and I suspect a lot of other Americans)spoke Spanish at home, but went to school in English. I would love to improve my Spanish, but feel like I need to attend something different than a beginners class. More like a class for adult literacy. Any ideas, suggestions?

They only accept older students (over 20 yrs. old I think) and take learning Spanish more seriously than many schools that don't care if students do not show as long as they pay the course
