Hello! I'm leaving in a few days to study @ the universidad de deusto- san sebastian. Is anyone familiar with this school? I will be living in the parte vieja for 6 months. I'm soooo excited to go, but at the same time I'm nervous; while I can read and listen very well, I am not yet confident speaking Spanish.
Thanks so much for these boards, I've really enjoyed reading people's opinions I'll let you know how things go!

DEUSTO es a very good college, and has quite a reputation here in Spain... Im sure you will learn a lot there, you wont be dissapointed!
About San Sebastian... In my opinion, its one of the most beautiful cities in Spain! Lots of things to see and unbelievable food (I really mean it!) You will enjoy going out for "pintxos" & "tapas"... Tell me about it once youre here!!
However, I would also suggest that you come visit Madrid while in Spain, because you cant miss it!!! Cool city, nice people, unlimited possibilities...
Hope you find this encouraging, you sure will have a great time in Spain!
