Hi
Does anyone have any information/experience with the Universidad de Granada? I'm specifically interested in the Cursos de Lengua y Cultura Esp. and Estudios Hispanicos offered through the Centro de Lenguas Modernas.
Also, will it be difficult for me to find housing in Granada from February through May? Do you know how much I can expect to spend on rent per month in a shared flat (if I can find one)? Any tips on health insurance (I've heard of sanitas. is it good?)?
Thanks for any help!

Hey Sacacorchos, welcome to the board!!! Big Grin

A lot to take in there all at once. These broad questions often intimidate members into not posting Frowner

I for one absolutely love Granada. Don't tell Madrid I said this Wink but Granada is my favorite city in Spain.

Never went to the University of Granada but have been to the campus. It is an excellent institution and is very prestigious as well. Not to mention the fact that the Granada student night life can rival even that of Madrid.

The health insurance question has been done to death (no pun intended) on this board, do some [search] SEARCHES [search] on "health insurance", "medical insurance", etc...

You will get a lot of good results.

Saludos,
jer...

Thanks Jer!
It's good to hear that U Granada is a good school. I didn't realize I was being too general with my questions1 Sorry. Here are they are:
1. I think this is my most pressing question - how much can I expect to spend on housing in Granada? I am most interested in finding a shared flat.
2. Does anyone think it will be difficult to find housing in Granada?

I guess those are the main things. Any help is great!
Thanks
