i would suggest that you apply to the tefl programs anyway (with your current study levels).
from what i know about the tefl courses here in madrid, they may not be as strict about your studies as you think.
there is a lot of competition amongst tefl courses here and they may be willing to work with you without a degree.
you can only apply and find out, the worst they can do is turn you down.
i would recommend you choose a particularly slow month for the telf courses here, this will improve your chances of being accepted as they will be more "needy" for students during those months.
