It is 'Fotografa Esencial' with a 'c' not an 's'.
The course is in Spanish, but almost all of the equipment / terms and names of everything are in English. It is a chance to ask everything you ever wanted to know about photography and get all of the basics down to a science.
Basically it would be one hour a week in the classroom / studio for lecture and review and the rest of the time out and about Madrid taking pictures and re-creating all of the different photografical situations and how to handle them. Sort of a practical 'guerilla' style photography course with guided trial and error.
He also has discounts on all of the film supplies you need and will show you how to either develop your own pictures in a traditional black and white format or how to scan your pictures and print them if you prefer the more modern digital format.
I mean for 50 euros for 20 hours done on your own personalized schedule you just can't beat it.
Yeah, that would mean he is charging 2.5 euros/hr. So I am guessing this is a group thing, and you probably have to compromise somewhat on shcedules...
Still sounds like a really good deal.
I hate quotations. Tell me what you know.

You buy the block of 20 hours for 50 euros and then you call him to join in on that days paticular events.
If you are the first one to call then you set the pace or work with him one on one.
If you are the second, third or so on to call you can join in with the rest of the people or set a time where you are first in line and mark the pace.
There will be one hour a week at the classroom / studio and the rest of the time at different events, locations, etc. trying all of the different techniques out first hand. So you can just call and get in on one field trip or another and count down your hours.
