If you go to Sevilla, it is on the AVE to Madrid so you will have more mobility. Check these sites for more info. They are run by people who live in and love these cities. Also, really, your question is kinda like a matter of six of one, half dozen of the other. Both towns are charming, Andalucian, and full of activities. granada is my fave city in all of spain but Candy is right, sevilla would allow you to get to madrid more easily but then again, if you are here only 2 weeks you will barely even be able to see sevilla and granada, much less madrid. i assume that did not help much but 2 weeks is so little time  saludos, jer...
