 yes and it works out PERFECTLY for me since my brother and his family live in uk and now ena and i can go to the games, enjoy them and come back to an "unspoiled" madrid. i have never been to the olympics and this will be a GREAT opportunity so ena and i (and for sure a wee-one, rugrat, etc... or two by then  ) will be heading up north yonder in 2012 now i just have to work on getitng my bro to move closer to london since he lives about an hour and a half trian ride away right now. saludos, jer...

Jer, Your brother lives in Portsmouth? Its around 35€ now to get to London from Portsmouth. Plus Metro is expensive. Imagine 2012! Better get saving.......

yeah roland, the trains are pretty horrid but to their credit, last trip we were on a very modern, brand spankin new train from gatwick south terminal to my bros stop (fratton). normske, money is no object i gots 7 years to save up besides, the hippy he is he has (and always wil have) a vw campervan which we will hijack to head up to the games. all pile in, anyone need a lift!!! saludos, jer...
