Hey rubia, since you are posting from Miami, I wonder if you are hearing someone say an expression that the Cubans and Puerto Ricans use - but I don't think it is a verb. I think I might spell is caray, but I'm not sure. Is it an expression you are trying to spell? The cubans will say "carai" or "caray" the same we we gringos might say "oh man, i cannot believe it" or "oh man, it was impossible to do"

Caray is a real spanish word, my father used it a lot and he never went out of Spain. But became an old expresion since young people use more "joder" or "coo" than "caray". Can use "carajo" too------
