In this context, to say 'esta chupado' would mean something more like: 'It's in the bag.', 'It's a piece of cake.', 'It's too easy.' or even... (It's a bit of a stretch, but I also like)... 'It's like taking candy from a baby!'

We all know that "cuando se trata de ligar, con la esposa, est� chupado".
... for those who did not understand the subtle joke.
Chupar = "to suck" hence "chupado" meanse "sucked" (not as in that sucked but as in the action of sucking).
The phrase "estar chupado" means, as Tony said above, that something is very easy. So "est� chupado" can mean both "it is very easy" and/or "it is sucked".
The first part of the sentence..."cuando se trata de ligar, con la esposa,..." translated to "when it comes to hooking up, with the wife,...".
