Pr0x1mo, renunciar would be if the client is the one giving up something or the right to something. i think the word you are looking for here is "obviar" (for waiving a fee). that is more of a financial term but if you are more informal on the phone, you can say (for example with regards to a not charging a commission)... - te perdonamos... (la comisi�n). - no te cobramos... (la comisi�n). if it is an amount due (as in a debt) it could be "condonar". saludos, jer...
