Buenos Dias, I am yet another American College Grad (23 Male, with B.A.) looking to move to Spain (Preferrably Barcelona or Madrid) with the intention of taking a Trinity College TEFL program (Through Passport TEFL, passporttefl dot com. I am looking to be able to afford to support just myself, not extravagently or even at any sort of standard of living(I think the Bohemian lifestyle would be fun). I have a few questions to ask. I am sooo ready to jump into the unknown, and I am very excited about it, whether it works out or not. I will list my questions out here:
1.) After the 3 month-passport time period has passed, is it possible to leave Spain, for say like a week or two, then come back and have my passport restamped, or is it more complicated than that? Also if you have been in Spain for longer than the 90-day grace period how do you buy plane tickets, train passes, etc?(Dont they make you show your passport when you try to do these things? And if so, do they do anything if they see you are there past the grace period?)
2.) I have been reading alot about people's responses to the different TEFL, CELTA, etc. programs, and it seems that the most well recieved ones are the EBC, Trinity,Cambridge, International House programs. Is there anyone who has actually been through one of these programs and would like to say anything?
Those are my main two big questions for now, Saludos a todos
