I was wondering if anyone else out there also enjoys teaching the little kiddos like I do. Ok... so it all depends on which school or academy you're at, I know... Last year, I taught science at a pijo private school and felt undervalued and overworked, but this year I've got a sweet little job with the Ministry of Education as a conversation assistant at a public school. 1st to 3rd graders. So much fun! (and good money for just a few mornings a week, too).
So... any other primary teachers out there?
Oh, and by the way, (and this is NOT an ad for a job, Jer) the Consejería de Educación in Madrid just sent out an "emergency e-mail" this morning looking for more native English speakers (with papers) to do the same job as I'm doing. If anyone's interested (or knows someone who might be), you can pm me.
