So this is my query: Which CELTA or TEFL course academies offer job placement help to Americans? If I am going to shell out thousands of Euros for a CELTA course, they better move to find me a job! K

They all offer you job guidance and they all will offer you actual jobs if they have them when you finish their course. You will have to investigate which one you feel most confident about based on price and quality. Remember Madrid has the most amount of English teaching work in Spain and you can probably find better paying jobs on your own through the Segundamano newspaper and contacting all of the agencies as explained in the " How to find English Teaching Work/Hours in Madrid " thread on this message board.
