Many of you may know this already, but for Dish and DirecTV subscribers, the HITN network carries most of their programming from TVE. In the afternoon, they show the Noticiero diario [4:00 PDT/PST], and they many times have great documentaries on the world, as well as the mundo hispano. On Dish, it's channel 9401, and comes with the basic 50 pack.
One of my favorite shows is one of the many they retransmit from ETB-Canal Vasco, called "Todo Viajes". The host, Arantza S�nchez, globetrots and reports on places as varied as C�rsica and Venice Beach. Tell your students!
