I agree ! As a dog owner I am always totally embarrassed by the inconsiderate behaviour of others. Actually, I am driven to great agitation if I ever see the ignorant dog owner allow his pet to leave a pile in the 'wrong place'. But one wonders if anyone really takes this problem seriously enough? Surely it is a question of publicity, teaching about potential deseases caused by faeces, quite apart from the totally abhorrent result of treading in a mini mountain of the stuff.
Has there ever been any campaign to rid the streets of this menace !!!!
It's a 'global' problem, not restricted to the streets of Madrid, however improvements can be made by more publicity.
