you probably used an apostrophe (') in your shout that did not show up. if you read the shout thread, you will see that the ' nulls a shout. this is a programming quirk by the person who designed it. since the programming for the shoutbox itself uses ', the shouts cannot include any since it messes with the programming. saludos, jer...

Good thing about the Ikea instructions is that there are no words, so even the totally illiterate can get in on the fun. Maybe you need to do a pictographical multimadrid user manual for those of us who are similarly instructionally impaired... |

So, what's up with the bad karma in the shoutbox? You can't go around giving us new toys and then taking them away like that! Particularly after we all read the directions and learnt how to use it. Right mariposita? I do kinda miss it! It's fun to give a short holler now and then.

 just spent 3 hours trying to fix the shoutbox but no joy!!!  may be a problem on the side of those who designed it but i will have to get to it another day. in the meantime, i have replaced it with a blatant and shameless yet lovely  clickable ad design for one of my businesses looks a little something like this...  if there are any shoutbox mechanics out there, please contact me if you can help. saludos, jer...
