thanks Mac daddy Roland, grand Macster Roland, etc...  ok everyone. there was a quirk with the board that caused all signatures to disappear from posts older than april 2005 (when i changed the board version). the server guys have fixed it and all sigs were put back. i had this done since signatures are important to people who post here on the forums. the downside is that they had to (madsue stop reading here ) clear my board cache to get the sigs back and now things will go slow until the cache rebuilds itself. this is only temporary. saludos, jer...

new addition. i have added a mm icon in the address bar when you visit the board with firefox. looks like this (circled in red)...  just a fun decoration, does not affect the functionality of the site. does not show in mie (another reason mie sucks  ). saludos, jer...
