How much are you planning to spend on the incentives? What is the theme? What type of conference? Here are some favorites: 1. Spanish Wine 2. Abanicos (Fans) 3. Books 4. Food Baskets 5. Maja products (for men and women) 6. Bancotel coupon book ... These are just a few ideas depending on the market and the type of conference. I have done travel shows for college students and I give out Spanish soaps to guests and a gift basket with food and wines from Spain to the speaker. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback! I dont think i can disclose information about the conference. It doesnt need to tie in with what the conference is about...as long as its got a spanish theme to it. Theres plenty of cash in my budget, and its for about 150 people, so i can afford to spend around 20 - 30 per person. Any more idea are greatly appreciated!

Hi Gee, Here are a few websites that may get you started: Jamon Iberico for Spanish Ham. Flamenco World for Spanish Fans and Flamenco novelties. El Corte Ingles Wine store for fine Spanish wines. Asturian wine and Cheese baskets They have a variety of baskets and will ship to the UK. Other ideas are Majorica pearls, they may have earrings and cufflinks, also Toledo damascene work, both of these you can find on the Web or in the El Corte Ingles store. Best of luck to you!

Hey Gee, while I still vote for the bull idea I think I have an idea that is more logistically "doable". How about a BOTA for each participant? "Botas" are traditional, practical and cool While there are many sizes (liquid capacity determines size) and the color of the leather varies from light to dark leather (you can even get the cheesy painted ones in white and horrid fourescents), I think that botas would be a great theme. The absolute most famous "botas" in all of Spain are the "zzz" ("Tres Zetas") from Pamplona ( see http://www.sanfermin.com/zzz.html ). That is only one of their main stores in Pamplona but their "botas" can be found all over Spain. I found the address and tel info for you. Address: Calle Puente Miluce, 6 31008, Pamplona Spain Telephone: (+34) 948252629 Fax: (+34) 948252629 You can see some typical botas of this brand at the Tienda website and sepecifically at http://www.tienda.com/gifts/botas.htm . They get about $60 per bota (a bit steep considering that here in Spain you can get the same bota for under $35 retail, perfect for your budget) but maybe you can negotiate a lower price with them for a bulk order since your budget is a bit lower. You could also go around them and go right to the source in Pamplona or get an in country bilingual person (hint, hint) to negotiate the order for you If you do decide to order them from Tienda, please let them know that you found them on my site as I get a small commission on sending them business Just a thought. Saludos, jer...

Jer, that's a great idea for the men. Gee, perhaps the lovely fans for the ladies, you can easily buy these from La Tienda, they have several styles to choose from, and are very reasonable for the quality. Saludos,
