Hey Arnie -- The horses didn�t have drivers but they do have owners. The owners let them run "wild" in the park area for grazing and exposure to humans. The horses are bred and the foals raised for resale. Just an FYI.

At least the horses help keep the flies in the picnic area, not the rest of the park. I'll remember that.
