Hi Booklady, just wanted to thank you out loud for the care package you sent, it arrived yesterday and I picked it up today at the post office
Thanks also for the note inside, glad to be on your friends list Just so you know, you are now my second mom
The bisquick is always a great thing and the little bottle of maple syrup was "todo un detalle" ("a nice touch")
As for the boxes of Pilsbury brownie mix, there are no words to describe my appreciation but you can bet we will all enjoy them after our THANKSGIVING DINNER this year at Raquel's place.
Hola Jer, You have no idea how happy I am that the package got there before Thanksgivings! I mailed you a smaller package early this morning of a Brownie mix thinking the other had not arrived! I like to keep my promesas!
I could not be prouder to be your second Mom! I officially adopt you!
I hope you all enjoy and have a festive Thanksgiving day in Spain!

Wow, Jer, that was fast! I mailed it on the 15th and you got it in four days. Not bad for the USPS and Correos!
Well, I am just happy that you and Ena will be celebrating with brownies! This is a small thank you for all the joy and fun you provide us with your wonderful and informative website! It's the least I can do for my "hijo" en Espaa!
Hope you and the group have an enjoyable Thanksgiving!

but I know you wanted us to have it before Thanksgiving.
So 'Hair-ito' ...In the spirit of Thanksgiving and 'SHARING'!!! ...Does that mean that we should expect to have some brownies at the Thanksgiving meal then? Because, should that be the case, I'll have to plan 2 to 3 special toasts in Booklady's honor... :l:
Just let me know buddy. I'll need some time to practice: "Here's to Booklady! Hip, Hip....HOOOOOOOORAY!!!!"

Oops! I 'Mosto' missed that! Cool! Cool! I guess you could say that it 'Valde-la-peas' to read the threads on this board more carefully... ...And who said that Brownies can't complement a good Rioja! (My apologies to Gerry! )
We'll let me get back to practicing.....Three cheers for everyone's favorite Book Lover! BOOKLADY!!! Hip...Hip...Hooray!!!
