jer, I hope you are able to get a job with the government. But as we all know, if it makes perfect sense, the government will never consider it And then again, the things the government does don't make any sense at all Keep trying jer, you will get there. Even you only do multimadrid.com you should still consider it a success....just think of all of those people who would love to live in Spain, but can't Ben pbchamp@intercom.net

Michale & Diana, Ben... thanks loads. Actually Ben, I do not want to work for the govt. but just want their money As I see it, Madrid has 2 fulltime webmasters running the aforementioned MAJOR PIECE OF CRAPOLA www.munimadrid.es "official" Madrid website and that money should be for multimadrid! Saludos, jer... p.d. Do you all think the folks at the Town Hall totally despise me yet

Hey all. Well, a year after I started this thread it would seem that any funding from the town hall for my site is not going to become a reality. You see, they have just launched a new version of their website (finally a decent job). I started a thread on it, CLICK HERE. Saludos, jer...

Hey espe3, thanks but actually this funding thing is actually the running joke of the century here at multimadrid and I knew that it was never even a remote possibility. The joke part is that the town hall with all its money and backing has a site that (still) pales in comparison to multimadrid Saludos, jer...

Well Jer, I was just trying to use the Barcelona site to help someone out who will be traveling there soon... and contary to what you say, I think the site is crap! It does not help my frustration that you can't get the timetables or schedules for the friggen public transportation there! You'd think I was trying to tap into TOP SECRET information or something! Sheez! I liked Barcelona... its the some of the people from there that tick me off! Ok... so I had to add an update: doing a search through msn.es, I found the transportation website for barcelona, AND the metro schedule... although I couldn't find out the tariff. Oh well. I got what counted.
