Jer, in this pic is there any chance that Oscar is coming out of the hotel Tryp Colon? If so, there is a fun little bar Arsenio directly across the street. It looks like a dump, but the bartender Paco is very nice and speaks great english. By the way, here is a picture of The Jefe who was very stingy when pouring the fino until I told him I wanted a picture.
