So, am I the only one who is annoyed by Paulo Riven and his senseless (IMHO), extensive, twisting, winding, lengthy, tortuous, extremely obnoxious (again, IMHO), meandering threads that have nothing to do with Madrid or Spain but are constantly showing up on the last-10-posts window because he’s the only one constantly posting the results of his mental farts (still very much IMHO)? Should we do a poll on this or does sombody just want to comment?
i was giving them the benefit of the doubt and letting them slide as i suppose discussions on the beginning of all civilizations have something to do with spain as they are related to life on earth
so, i was waiting for a single board member to complain about it but for christ's sake, nobody has until now.

I was starting to wonder if he was greasing you up with extra payola to cover all that bandwidth he was using up I think most of us are just a very respectful bunch who believe in freedom of speech and don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, but at some point you just have to take a risk and speak up and offer your opinion, that's all I did, and I tried to stay as respectful as I could under the circumstances considering how annoyed I was and only offering my own humble opinion. I'm very glad and relieved not to be seeing all that stuff from now on though, like you said, I'm sure he can find other sites that will be happy to read and discuss his writings.

Yeah, I think I did see your question madsue, and if I remember correctly candy also made some smart a**ed remark, I just did not want to write on any of his threads because I did not want them to receive any hits and I didn't want to get too personal about it either, until today when PMS or whatever it was hit me out of left field and I decided to raise my voice and have a little come-to-Jesus about this.
Thanks Lena I was wondering why Jer let it happens.. then I thought he just respect speech's freedom and after all it's his website... I'm glad you protest.

great minds think alike. i actually emailed jer yesterday complaining about riven and his mental farts (love the term lena). i had started to post replies to him three times saying ...what the heck...but i was afraid he would unleash a wrath of 1000 words of jibberish. you are much braver than me lena!
