There's another "of the beaten paseo" building in Madrid that I liked a lot since I saw it two years ago. It's called "Las Torres Blancas" and it is placed in Avenida de America. The best views of this interesting building are from the road N-II driving to Avenida de America.
As I have told you, this is not the most beautiful building in Madrid, but I like it a lot and it's not the tipical one like "Las torres Kio" or "Torre Picasso".
The architect was Francisco Javier Sez de Oiza and this building was born in 1969. Here you are a link to see a photograph. You'll see two photograhs, the first one is Torre Picasso and the second one is the building I say. Torres Blancas
Just a last courious thing. Althoug the building is called WHITE towers, nowadays its color is between gray and brown. I don't know if when it was built its color was white (I suposse NO).

Toxt, Just to confirm you that the building has always been of that color and never white. Another curiosity is that at the begining and during a couple of years, there was a restaurant in the top of the buiding (the resturant was also named Torres Blancas) and the building inside was very curiouse because all forms were courved (no corners at all) and the view from the restaurant was very nice also because on that years it was one of the highest buildings in Madrid.
have anybody be inside the building, in a house? These are fatastic. As said they have very strage forms. Besides, each house has two levels inside, the living one and another one used as big storeroom.
Bye.
