Hello all! This is my first post on this board, so I apologize if this is the wrong category for this question.
I will be in Madrid later this month. My last night there will be a Sunday. My question is: are there any quiet, not-too-touristy bars or restaurants in the Huertas/Sol/Plaza Mayor area that are open until midnight on Sundays?
A bar I really enjoy is called Cerveceria Cervantes - on the corner of C/Cervantes and Jesus?????? It is basically a neighborhood bar with a great selection of tapas. The problem is, I don't think it is open Sunday nights.
was this your first time in MAdrid.. i'll be there in 16 days and I am still trying to figure out where to go and what to see? did you have a list of places to visit? I'll be there for 6 days, and all the info I have found in the web is a little overwhelming... any suggestions?
