Sorry, but no commission this time I'm afraid, it would be nice of course, but I have no business connection with them, I was just having a look at some of their properties on line recently, and I thought that they were quite reasonably priced, I mean 275.000 to 400.000 Euros is not a lot these days for a decent place in the sunny Mediterraneo, and many people are more than prepared to pay that kind of money in order to get a quality place in the Med, that's un-common at all now. Sorry Sue, but it looks like you'll have to save up for a while longer to make that 250.000, but it can be done, there are ways... Saludos.......Santiago

Well, Santi, if you want to buy an very old finca here on Lanzarote with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths etc etc etc, my house is up for sale!!!! And very reasonably priced at that, compared to Mallorca!!!! In fact, that has me thinking, perhaps I should stick up a post advertising my house........or.......is that not allowed?

Oooops, that last line should have read... that's not un-common at all now. ...I missed out the word Not it's that frelling 30 minute editing thing again...(snores loudly).. Anyway, I suppose it kind of depends on where you post it Sue, but I think you should be okay on Lanza, but of course you'd be wise to post it on the WWW somewhere, and people in th UK & US will see it for sure, and are more likely to be interested in it, and pay more. It might be worth contacting a few UK based Estate agents, to see if they can help you out, although of course they will need paying, so you might not want to consider that option, and just try to sell it by yourself, more difficult, but at least you get to put all of what you can get into another place. I think the WWW will be the best place to post it though. As for me, well lets just say that I'm looking for something pretty solid, like a hill top fortress, or the Alhambra will do... or even better, the Alcazar del Rey Don Pedro, also known as El Alcazar de Arriba, This old fortress is now the Parador of Carmona. The recent restaurantion has made it even more impressive, (Alcazar del Rey Don Pedro Sevilla, Espaa El Alczar de Arriba o Alczar del Rey D. Pedro, tambin llamado de la Puerta de Marchena, est situado en la parte ms alta de la Carmona, posible).....I dream of owning that place one day, and you never know, it could happen, one day, it would cost a good few Million Euros though, So in the meantime I suppose I'll just have to settle for basic 500.000 plus little Villa and be satisfied with something cheap & cheerful for now... Saludos.......Santiago
