When calling to inquire or respond to a housing offer the first thing you should ask is if you are speaking directly to an owner and not an agency. In the Segundamano Newspaper you will find many other Spanish only housing agencies / offices that place fake ads to try and fleese you and sell you bogus lists. BE SURE IT IS NOT AN AGENCY!!!When calling be sure to ask: 1). Es usted particular o agencia? 2). No son agencia o centro / oficina de informacion, verdad? 3).
