Hola! I will leaving for Madrid approx Jan 14. I am wondering if anyone expects to have a room for rent at about that time? My budget limits me to $300 euros. For those of you that may know me, I am looking to move to Madrid not just vacation. I can't say how long I will stay at the room, but I don't need much except a place to sleep and hopefully meet new friends. I would also like a place w/ internet but that is not mandatory. Let me know, Tony

What? :lo: Weren't we celebrating/Mouring the election results then? I thought we would do it there for those of us, that could not party last night or hold our liquor as well as Roland does... I may be in-charge of this misinformation by the way (based on comments here ) . Oh and while I am at it, from what I know Anita, she is a great person, so nice, I often wonder why she would consider living with Holaaaaaa & Co...

ok, since fabrizio has taken this thread WAAAAAYYYY off topic, all i was saying is that there has been no confirmation as to the "when and where" of the election party. mmb has been sugegested and i am cool with that but if you read THAT THREAD, you will see that neither the night nor the venue has been confirmed by pim (the party was her idea so she should confirm the time and place). candela also recommended a different venue but that turned into the chesterfield bash of last night which, since the winner was (and still is not) declared, was indeed just a partay for partays sake (which i am also cool with :cheers: ). saludos, jer...
