1) There are 4 habitaciones for four people. 2) One room is occupied by my friend Trinidad. She is the owner of the flat, so be assured that anything that goes wrong or breaks will be fixed immediately. She is young and very nice. 3) Security deposit is one month. 4) ADSL I believe, but will confirm.
