If your looking for short term furnished accomadations (short term let or a self catering apartment in British lingo) than simply google it. You'll get more replies than you can shake a stick at. Unfortunatly 99% of the units are appartments and all are downtown Madrid. You'll be hard pressed to find something shorterm outside of the city. As to dogs, it's really up to each owner, we stayed in a small apartment for 9 months with a dog, but you have to ask each time. hope this helps
