Hello, we have a room for rent, very close to Rios Rosas metro, and a short walk from Cuatro Caminos and Nuevos Ministerios. Its a nice big light room (3m x 3.5m) with wooden floors, and its in a huge flat with half Spanish, half English people. We all work so were looking for someone with a full-time-ish daytime schedule if possible. Its 300 euros a month plus about 25/month bills + 1 months deposit. If youre interested then send me an email to tapasmonkey@hotmail.com

hey scooter, thanks for the offer.

a few of the common questions in order to leave this up.

1) how many people total (room for rent included) live there now?
2) is there internet? adsl? dialup? etc...?
3) do you want a smoker, non smoker or are you indiferent?

saludos,
jer...

In answer to Jer....(dont mean to abuse your site for small ads by the way Smiler )

There are five people in total in the (very large) flat

Internet possible but to put an extra person on (2 already) will involve buying a cable router which is a bit expensive

Its a non-smoking flat but in your room / the balcony is fine.

Just out of curiosity... why don't you guys go wireless? That way many could access the net and reduce costs all around. Just a thought! Wink
