Hey all, I'm not sure if any of you are in the market for a new place (I know it's not a hot time to be looking), but Jordi and I are moving out of our place in Puerta de Toledo and we're trying to find someone to take it over. It's a one bedroom "Buhardilla" that is newly renovated. It has air conditioning, washer/dryer, and comes fully furnished. The furniture is all fairly new and in great shape. The asking price is 700/month, but it's really negotiable. The down sides are that it is on the 5th floor of a walk-up, however, they just voted on and approved an elevator to go in. The elevator should be going in shortly, but since tenants have not decided on what contractor to go with, we can't guarantee an exact time. The apartment is also very small... it's ideal for a couple or a single person, but it's really not too good for roommates who don't each other very intimately.
