Hi Johanna, You might try to get the university CIII to help you out with that, if they have any type of housing services for foreign students. We had a blind student with a dog last year and although at first she lived in a family setting for second semester she found her own housing on some on-line search. I will e-mail her and ask her where she found it and if she's willing to pass on her old roommates' e-mails or phone numbers. Please send me a private e-mail so that if I can get specific private information I can e-mail you back. Any public info regarding where the search was conducted I will respond to right here. Good luck to you and your pooch, hope to meet you both when you come to Madrid. Lena

Johanna, Managed to get in touch with the old roommate. She says she's willing to have a dog provided it's a situation like a seeing eye dog or guide dog or some kind of dog trained to help people with dissabilities, but she does not want pets. Unfortunately her house is full right now so it isn't an option anyway. However, I'm sure that either online or through the university you will be able to find something. Buena suerte. Lena
