I´m breaking my lease and the flat I live in will be available from November onwards. I´ve hinted this to the landlady but haven´t told her for sure yet. So this is a chance for anyone to get first dibs on a BEAUTIFUL apartment in a great location before it hits the market.

The flat is on Calle Jesus del Valle, a little street running between Pez and Espiritu Santo in the heart of Malasaña. 5 minute walk from either Tribunal or San Bernardo metro stations, still walking distance to Chueca, Gran Via, and Callao. Despite its very central location to a lot of fun stuff (nightlife, shopping, funky neighborhoods), the street is very, very quiet.

The flat itself is terrific. Two bedrooms, one of them quite large, big kitchen with oven, washer-dryer, and dishwasher, big living room, big dining room, one bathroom, wood floors, wood beams on the ceiling. Fully furnished. Balcony overlooking the street. Great light. Third floor, with elevator. E 900 per month. I realize this isn´t cheap but it´s terrific value for what it is. Believe me, I looked at lots of flats in this part of Madrid and this was far better than anything I saw.

The landlady is a bit of a stickler for nominas, but I managed to buy her off with a prepayment of three months rent and a two month deposit.

If anyone´s interested, please contact me at 696 098 086. I´m planning to tell my landlady that I´m leaving for sure next week so she´ll probably start showing it out soon after that. If you like it and want to take it, and tell me soon enough, we may be able to pre-empt her showing it out.

A dryer?? Damn. eeker Snap this place up, people. I've seen it and it really is very nice and in an awesome location. Didn't notice the dryer, though.
