Am going off to share a bigger flat with somebody so am leaving this studio. To make the turn-over smoother for the land-lady, am announcing it here.

Fianza - 2 months
Where: Sor Angela de la Cruz. 3rd Floor in modern building with ascensor. 1 minute from metro Tetuan.
2 metro stops from Plaza Castilla.
Walking distance of Cuzco, Bravo Murillo, Avenida de Brasil.
Food and shopping needs: Opencor right beside the building, VIPs, shopping on Bravo Murillo.
Interior:
- Since it's relatively new, it's not run-down at all. Huge plus is the mirador you have (a window from floor to cieling that gives a nice view and lots of light in).
- Good space distribution. Kitchen slightly separated from living space. Bathroom's a got decent space, no need to shrink yourself and with adult-sized bathtub.
- Suelo is Tarima. Airconditioner/heater.
- It's got sofa-cama. Minus is if a sofa-cama is not sufficient for you, you might want to buy your own IKEA bed/futon.
- I never put in phone line. Lived off Internet cafes & my mobile phone for communication needs.

I actually have it till the end of January but if you need it a bit sooner, I can try to move out a bit sooner. Typical one-year renewable annualy up to 5 years.
