1) Do the "400 Euros a month" include all other bills such as electricity, water, gas, etc... or are those seperate expenses? If they are, how much do you think they will be per month extra?
2) Is the "internet access" dialup, ADSL, Cable, other...?
3) Is the room for a smoker, non-smoker or either?
4) Is the apt. exterior or interior (facing the street or an internal patio)?
Also, since you kept your e-mail private, I suppose those interested should either internally e-mail you (using the icon) or private message you ( )? Or can they call you too?
Thanks jer! To answer your questions... 1) The bills are separate, but with the current billing cycle for the apartment, we probably won't be getting the bills until the end of March. At that point I think each person's share will be around 50 Euros. This is NOT including the phone. See answer to 2.
2) It's currently dial-up through Telefonica. Usually we try to use it around the "free hours", which I think are after 6pm until 8am. I'm considering DSL and would be willing to discuss with whomever moves in. I try to use the fixed line only for computer and for intl. calls using a calling card. If the new flatmate used it for the same, the phone bill should be minimal--20 Euros a month?
3) Can be smoker or non-smoker. I try not to smoke too much in the apartment and when I do it is out the window/balcony.
4) Interior, facing a very large patio, so it's quiet and has lots of light.
